Thank you.
And here I thought you were talking about the Twinke Trust or Okpaki vets
Great Idea Admin, though I thought I was posting before 2011, must just have been that I was reading but not contributing. :(
Can the man - your earliest post was 'Bagpipes Stolen' in which you confessed to being a newbie on 20th April 2011.

Hi Admin,
Thanks for asking, but no I never got them back, some smart ar**ed little potty poo poo got away with them and probably either dumped them or sold them off the island. >:(
They were not the type of instrument that you would find being played on the island without drawing attention, and I have a lot of friends living on the island who would let me know very quickly.
The police told me at the time that I was unlikely ever to get them back. :'(, I was insured so I got some money back towards replacing them, which I have done with a new type called Scotish small pipes, they are played with a bellows rather than blowing. They are better suited for indoor playing than my warpipes were. :)
I mentioned them in a thread a while ago about the Dubliner Bar in Caleta opening.
I will take this opportunity again to remind any forumer's if they hear of the bag pipes for sale, please let me know.
Cheers All 8)
