Does anyone know where to get a shattered iPad screen replaced?

You could ask at Electron's customer service desk.  They sell iPads.  It's just on the right before you go through the main doors.

Stupid answer maybe, but here in the UK there are Chinese market stalls that repair phones & tablets. It might be worth checking out the market or asking in a Chinese shop, they might know somewhere.
