If you are looking for nightlife, disco's and night clubs, then Cotillo is NOT the place for you!!!  Lots of bars, restaurants for an evening drink (you can get just a drink in any restaurant, just say 'drinks only' before they give you a table).

Cotillo is rather laid back and not into evening or late night entertainment. There is entertainment in the hotel, both in the theatre and in the Terrace Bar, but don't expect headline acts.

Enjoy your visit.

Hi Tom, thanks not looking for disco lol just looking for bars that are just bars as find eating places it's not the same atmosphere as an actual bar, we always go to corralejo and  if there are a few bars that would suit us....

Most (almost all) of the bars in Cotillo also serve food. I would not class them as a restaurant, they are definitely bars. It's a fact of life that a bar not serving food would be hard pressed to survive for very long.

That said, many bars serve a few meals early evening (you will know what us Brit's are like for eating at 6pm, when the Spanish and Italians are still on the beach!!!), and from 9pm (or so) onwards they are a bar.

Toston Bar in the Old Harbour is an excellent drinking hole and usually full of Brit's. Steve and Mel will make you very welcome.  There are lots of other bars as well.

Thank you Tom for your quick and informative replies, we are going to corralejo early next year so will pop over for the day and try some bars out and look at the hotel also....
