ATM charges

Have all the ATMs in Corralejo started charging a transaction fee for withdrawing Euros? Can`t find one that doesn`t.

This link from Revolut last year suggests there are some banks who started charging ATM charges on foreign issued cards last year.... including Santander and Sadabell
