I ended up trusting my instincts and stayed at the Neptuno Bungalows, I did a Tripadvisor review and wanted to share it on here;
We stayed here for two weeks and loved it. It is basic accommodation but in a very good location, across from Campanario Shopping Centre and a short walk into town. There are 7 bungalows all with a patio area leading onto the pool, a large communal bbq and around the back of the complex is a washing machine that is available for all guests to use. The bungalows are spotlessly clean and aside from some very minor maintenance issues are in good condition. We did not cook while there or even boil the kettle but there seemed to be plenty of pots and pans etc there for people who want to cook. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was exactly what we needed. As was said in another review, the synthetic grass around the pool is perfect and the pool is excellent. This was our third time staying in Corralejo, on previous visits we had stayed in La Concha and Atlantic gardens, Neptuno is far better than Atlantic Gardens and equally as good as La Concha. I would definitely stay here again.
